A Field Technician works with a team to safely and efficiently install liner systems or coating barriers. Operate installation tools to aid in the proper sealing and installation of product on site.

Essential Functions
• Utilize appropriate hand tools for preparation of liner placement.
• Assist with panel deployment.
• Cleans, marks and preps liner for seaming or welding.
• Ability to follow written procedures to ensure correct material requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Will work outside in the elements (hot, cold, wet).
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Aptitude to learn installation procedures.
• Is self-motivated, and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to efficiently work at a fast pace.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate installation tools (power tools, crimpers, strippers, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and/or problem solve.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• Good eye/hand coordination.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
