Summary

Collaborate with others to manage customer programs relating to product introductions and ongoing service. Responsible for ensuring reliable communication and interaction between internal teams and external customers.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor and serve as a liaison for operations related to assigned program to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, goals and quality are being met, and service and project goals are being accomplished effectively.
  • Manage and make decisions for all aspects of program or account, within guidelines.
  • Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the program or account.
  • Develop systems to provide for proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities.
  • Assist in the development and monitor the program’s or account’s budget and results.
  • Assist with contract review and meeting the requirements.
  • Analyze strategies for cost effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the sales forecasting function.
  • Administer Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.
  • Assist with coordinating product testing and product certification.
  • Depending on division, attend trade shows and provide support to remote staff.
  • Prepare various documents and reports as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with program management and service is preferred.
  • Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
  • Ability to travel 10%, up to 50% of time, depending on position.
  • Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required. Refer to Raven Vehicle Operations Policy CS-13 for guidelines.
