Manage projects from the jobsite including, but not limited to; managing team members, reading panel layouts, managing all on the job QC requirements, and assuring all paperwork is being completed accurately and in a timely manner. Supervises and directs the activities of various unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled team members in an efficient manner in the installation of geosynthetic liner systems.

Essential Functions
• Coordinate the activities of installation crews, site owners, engineers, and contractors to facilitate the installation of geosynthetic materials in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
• Maintain various reports including daily safety, and expense reports to ensure efficient reporting for payroll and billing purposes.
• Solve construction site problems as they occur to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment so construction jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and fix equipment issues as necessary.
• Ensure that established policies, rules, regulations, and procedures are communicated to and followed by all team members under the incumbent’s supervision.
• Maintain good public relations with hotels and local business personnel.
• Responsible for enforcing Company policies on and off the job site.
• Conduct a pre-assessment of the project to determine the pay area and review the plans.
• Instruct team members on how to layout and perform the installation.
• Communicate with the customer daily and address any site related issues.
• Responsible for compliance with all safety, quality, and quantity standards through installation process.
• Either directly or through team, assure staffing requirements are met.
• Responsible for the training, development, and performance of Team Members.
• Encourage team member growth and development.
• Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their team to do the same.
• Administer annual team member performance reviews and goal setting.
• Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

• Associate’s degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and leadership staff.
• Possess strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of installation and quality control practices.
• Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions for the trades involved. Knowledge of DOT policy, monitoring and enforcement.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Knowledge of all materials being used, welding, and QC processes in installation.
• Accuracy in record keeping.
• Ability to be a self-motivator and work under limited supervision.
