SUMMARY

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for the coordination of investment across value streams for multiple market segments. You will also maintain alignment between strategic plans and business activities by utilizing framework to determine ongoing investments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Facilitate strategy & investment funding within value streams by utilizing decision making tools, properly implementing communication plans, and owning accountability to results and outcomes.
  • Facilitate development of portfolio vision and maintain connection to enterprise strategy.
  • Coordinate and support decentralized program execution across value streams.
  • Coordinate quarterly strategic portfolio reviews with Raven Value Streams and Senior Leadership team.
  • Provide consistent framework to support companywide governance (i.e. spending, forecasting, investment performance).
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the portfolio roadmap and assist in broader stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with appropriate teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
  • Establish lean budget for each value stream with guardrails on investment horizons (0-18 months, 18-36 months, 36 month+).


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Project Management Certifications preferred (PPfM, PMP) and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Minimum 5 years related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in product development, product management, and/or program management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Passion for customers and how technology can improve their experiences and outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence and facilitate decisions across multiple levels of the organization
  • Expertise with precision ag technologies and solutions
  • Experience using Agile product development processes
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • High level of patience and service
  • Ability to motivate team members
  • Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions
  • Capacity to be flexible and multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote team members and leadership staff
  • Travel up to 25% of time
