Raven do Brasil has an exciting opportunity to join the sales team. As the Sales Supervisor, you will help manage the sales objectives and provide strategic analysis to ensure sales and profitability goals are met for the division.  This position will be located in Paulina, Brazil.

Essential Functions
• Understand quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase response time to channel.
• Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives. Forecast, or performance metrics.
• Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
• Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials. • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
• Define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance for sales management.
• Assist with CRM administration and project prioritization.
• Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process.
• Define and implement a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
• Assist with gathering of competitive data in a central repository.
• Act as point of contact for sales operation team.
• Assure staffing requirements are met.
• Encourage team member growth and development.
• Administer team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning.
• Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.
• Demonstrate the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team member Values in daily actions and encourage teams to do the same.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities.
