Responsible for monitoring the organization’s technical solutions to support business operations and minimize the complexities of operational processes. Maintain the security and stability of the information systems by conducting regular diagnostic tests and ensuring that the performance meets the quality standards and requirements.


  • Manage service level objectives, service level agreements, and RFP processes with technology vendors.

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery.

  • Develop a stabilization plan for business stake-holders to pro-actively manage, reviews and monitor performance against service level agreements.

  • Manage issues/enhancements tracking database and quality assurance to organize project issues and needs.

  • Analyze business operations, integrate ERP, CRM, Digital and other business systems and software applications, and make technology recommendations to key executives.

  • Schedule and manage data imports, exports and data backup and archiving strategies to ensure data integrity and maintain compliance with company data management and retention policies.

  • Lead a digital advisory board to govern changes to CRM, Telephone, E-commerce and other systems to ensure proper priorities are placed, and that changes are in line with overall business strategy.

  • Attend industry seminars and workshops to stay current on new developments, methods, techniques and best practices in the administration and usage of our tools.

  • Adopt guidelines to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

  • Establish service level agreements for support levels and systems availability as well as implemented recommend practices.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop a CRM tool and implement program to re-engineer processes.

  • Assure staffing requirements are met.

  • Encourage team member growth and development.

  • Administer team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning.

  • Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of business processes.

  • Project management skills.

  • Experienced in Salesforce system.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.

  • Ability to work with and communicate with business partners across the organization.

  • Capability to coach, mentor, and empower team members to succeed.

  • High level of patience and service.

  • Ability to motivate team members.

  • Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.

  • Capacity to be flexible and multitask. 

  • Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.

  • Travel less than 15%.
