Essential Functions

  • Direct and support all functions of IT, providing guidance and ensuring proper allocation of resources.
  • Develop and execute budgets, short-term plans, and long-term plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives. Work with leadership team to maintain accountability to budgets, plans, and initiatives.
  • Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of service, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist with the evaluation and selection of new vendors or procured assets.
  • Provide oversight and planning for Enterprise Applications (ERP systems, financial platforms, 3rd parties, etc.).
  • Provide oversight to Cyber Security program and initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison for IT department on Merger and Acquisition activities across the organization
  • Ensure IT audit and compliance requirements are met in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley
  • Manage IT vendors and maintain relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison and mentor to assist with and expedite IT related issues.
  • Monitor and initiate improvement projects to current processes or policies.
  • Coordinate and/or direct major projects.
  • Work with leadership staff to develop and monitor metrics relevant to the department.
  • Delegate appropriate responsibilities and assignments to team members.
  • Either directly or through team, assure staffing requirements are met.
  • Encourage team member growth and development.
  • Administer annual team member performance reviews, goal setting, and salary planning.
  • Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
