Raven is organized into three business units that sell our advanced products and solutions within their niche markets. Our Corporate Services team supports the daily operations and business activities of all three.


Direct, supervise, and coordinate facility maintenance functions and personnel to ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained. Contributes to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and encourages good work habits.

Essential Functions
• Ensure flow of work and job rotation in facilities maintenance function.
• Responsible to assure team members receive training needed for their position.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure proper safety and ergonomics standards and guidelines are met in work area.
• May lead or contribute to facility improvement projects.
• Work with vendors to coordinate building services.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Encourage team member growth and development.
• Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same.
• Administer annual team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning process.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance software to ensure facility equipment is being tracked, updated, and maintained.
• Maintain applicable records, including equipment and Preventative Maintenance schedule.
• Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the company’s quality management system and controls.
• Obtain competitive quotes and purchase filters, lighting, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate PM work order system.
• Assure staffing requirements are met.
• Encourage team member growth and development.
• Administer annual team member performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning.
• Maintain records on direct reports in relation to attendance and performance.

• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the company’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance and a background in supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry training or experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and empower team members to succeed.
• High level of patience and service. Ability to motivate team members.
• Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
• Ability to be flexible and multitask.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintain accurate records. Proficient with a computer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required. Refer to Raven Vehicle Operations Policy CS-13 for guidelines.
