The IT Application Administrator will serve as an SME for many of our key business applications, including IFS (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), SharePoint, and other 3rd party tools that integrate with these key systems. This individual will be technical resource that helps ensure proper user access and performance of these applications are maintained. This individual will work closely with the business and other key IT resources to resolve issues, helping identify and implement system improvements consistent with organizational goals.



  • Collaborate with the business, IT, vendors, and contractors as necessary to meet new business objectives.
  • Work through user requests for issues or requests pertaining to the key applications.
  • Define, build, and maintain user access/permission groups and roles. Ensuring proper access levels are assigned based on the appropriate job function.
  • Help manage and maintain third party applications that interface with these tools such as
  • Cedar Bay, Avalara, Paypal, Fast AP,
  • Develop documentation around best practices or processes of administering the applications
  • Adhere to proper licensing practices, managing, and maintain proper licenses counts
  • Work with software vendors to work through any application bug resolution or application maintenance issues
  • Leads the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new modules and upgraded software
  • Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or experience in related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using or administrating any of these applications
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to critically think towards the overall larger picture
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
