The Sales Operations Specialist will generate revenue by cultivating and following up on sales leads.

Essential Functions
• Develops prospects, primarily by phone. Contact leads that are generated by external and/or internal sources.
• Configure a Raven system based on the end user’s needs and interests, while presenting the features/benefits of the system.
• Serve as liaison between end user and distributor to convert leads into sales.
• Build relationships to facilitate leads.
• Promote and maintain the highest possible customer relationship and satisfaction.
• Keep appropriate departments apprised of any competitive information.
• Follow up on customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales reports as needed.
• Keep informed of new developments, methods, and techniques in the sales profession.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships that establish trust and create value.
• High level of competitiveness.
• Ability to communicate in clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to learn product line, production capabilities, related markets as well as a diverse range of future opportunities.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• May travel up to 10% of the time.
