Raven is organized into three business units that sell our advanced products and solutions within their niche markets. Our Corporate Services team supports the daily operations and business activities of all three.


The learning systems management administrator will be responsible for the technical administration and management of the Learning Management System while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within Human Resources.

Essential Functions
• Responsible for the implementation and utilization of an LMS, including system and business requirements, design and delivery of LMS solutions and oversight of LMS best practices.
• Promote proactive approaches to using the LMS to solve business needs while enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the LMS capabilities.
• Work with HRIS administrator to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the transfer and updating of team member data.
• Communicate system changes proactively to administrators, coordinators and team members.
• Analyze of LMS utilization data and metrics to provide relevant information to HR and leadership in support of business objectives.
• Understand impending business issues that will have a direct impact on the LMS and provide HR leadership with an assessment of the LMS impact, scheduling considerations and other information required for a complete business case.
• Maintain the Learning and Development content for the Learning Management System (LMS) including regular content updates.
• Support the selection and integration of LMS e-learning solutions by working with LMS vendor and content providers to test and coordinate LMS content implementations and ensure functionality for the organization.
• Oversees and monitors LMS-related projects, including upgrades and enhancements, process improvement activities, and prepares related reports for management as required.
• Upload, test and update content in multiple formats.
• Pushes content to large groups.
• Provide end user training, support and troubleshooting.
• Plan, budget and forecast LMS needs and applications.
• Keep informed of new developments, methods, and techniques in the industry.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Resource Information Systems, Educational Technology, Business Information Systems.
• 1-2+ years’ experience in LMS administration or similar system experience.
• Technology background strongly preferred.
