Precision Ag Specialist Intern (Summer)

Summary
This Internship will be located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Precision Ag Specialist Intern will interact with training, service, other Precision Ag Specialist, sales and engineering to learn the Raven product line and how to interact with our customers.  They will be expected to directly interact with fellow team members and customers in the process of learning and training.  Interns will have the opportunity to interact with new and emerging technologies and there deployment to the field.    

Essential Functions

• Complete projects as assigned within internship discipline.
• Provide periodic updates to managers and peers on assigned project status.
• Work closely with assigned mentor to a successful completion of internship.
• Learn current and emerging technologies and apply those skills to educate other
• Work with the training and PAS department on ways to educate end users
• Demonstrate personal skills interacting with team members and customer
• Ability to travel on thier own

Qualifications

• Freshman, sophomore, or junior level standing in engineering, Precision Agriculture, Agricultural Education, Ag business or Agronomy.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without close supervision.
• Ability to work with high level of confidentiality. 
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to use a computer and software as defined necessary for the internship.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
