Perform a variety of duties to provide support to the process development function.

Essential Functions

• Identify customer requirements from technical documentation, industry standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Review process instructions for efficiency and quality.
• Assist to develop labor bids from technical packages and process documentation.
• Enter Engineering data, such as BOM and item master into database.
• Work with internal teams to review and improve manufacturing processes.
• Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of manufacturing technology.
• Participate in department improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.


• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field.
• 2+ years of related career experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with CAD system is required.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with a computer, including Microsoft Office.
• High level of attention to detail is needed.
• Flexible in nature, and ability to multi-task.
• Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
