The Program Manager for Software Integrations position is both challenging and rewarding as you will lead efforts to seamlessly on-board new customers into Raven’s expanding Slingshot platform by providing valuable consultation and oversight to make the onboarding experience seamless for the customer.

 

Essential Functions

• The Program Manager for Software Integrations will work closely with new customers, internal development teams and external software partners to successfully integrate and accelerate adoption of the customers’ newly deployed system(s).

• Plans and coordinates all aspects of specific onboarding projects from initiation to delivery, initially for projects in the Slingshot AgSync portfolio.

•   Monitor and serve as a liaison for business related to assigned programs to ensure that plans are followed, goals are being met, and service and project goals are being accomplished effectively.

  Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

• Manage and make decisions for all aspects of program or account, within guidelines.
• Initiate corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the program or account.
• Develop systems to provide for proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities.
• Assist in the development and monitor the program’s or account’s budget and results.
• Assist with contract review and meeting the requirements.
• Analyze strategies for cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to the sales forecasting function.
• Administer Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources.
• Assist with coordinating product testing and product certification.
• Depending on division, attend trade shows and provide support to remote staff.
• Prepare various documents and reports as needed.

 

Preferred Skills

• Technically strong to comprehend & understand system architectures and to identify various integration points for integrate multiple systems and processes. Like an engineer.

• Ability to identify the necessary steps and tasks to accomplish the goal, develop a plan and milestones to achieve. Like a project manager.

• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with third-party software partners and customers (have good bed-side manners). Like customer service and/or sales.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management and service is preferred.
• Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented.
• Exceptional oral and written communications.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time, depending on location.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required.
