Raven Aerostar Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Controller.  This position will be responsible to analyze, review, and document the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle.



  • Work closely with Project Manager to understand the scope of work, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure project success. 
  • Drive projects from start to finish by coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall strategy and performance evaluation.
  • Planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on projects of more complex contract types.
  • Assist Project/Program Manager in budge vs actuals and EVM tracking.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related dictionaries.
  • Assist with allocating resources.
  • Measure and monitor project performance.
  • Create and review project status reports.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and plans.
  • Review and report the project’s budget and finances.
  • Notify project team of abnormalities and variances.
  • Collect post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with purchase requests and expense reports
  • Issue inventory to project



  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance.
  • 1-6 years’ related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP preferred
  • High level of patience and service.  
  • Ability to motivate team members. 
  • Problem-solving abilities.   Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
  • Capacity to be flexible and multitask.
  • Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
  • Capability to coach, mentor, and empower team members to succeed.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
