Create visual concepts to inform and inspire customers for media assets such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, web, video, and reports.


  • Provide design leadership and project oversight for design campaigns, from conception to delivery.
  • Independently creates original pieces, including illustrations, videos, animations, and infographics.
  • Review the work of junior designers to ensure voice and brand consistency.
  • Optimize digital products to create a better user experience, making sure products and experience aligns with business priorities and goals.
  • Regularly review marketing materials and provide recommendations for updates.
  • Work with vendors to coordinate printing needs.
  • Create large format print pieces such as tradeshow displays, vehicle wraps or equipment logos.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify graphic design needs.
  • Create original pieces, including illustrations, animations, and infographics using guidance from senior designers or marketing leadership.
  • Translate ideas, data, and insights into thoughtful, relevant, and useful design. May assist with the creation of design campaigns.
  • Maintain working knowledge of creative and cultural trends.
  • May implement and update web content and/or social media efforts.
  • Ensure designs maintain brand consistency.
  • Prepare various documents and reports as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert level with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to deliver presentations in a large group environment.
  • Previous experience with digital and videograhpy is preferred.
  • Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications.
  • Proficiency with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and Google Analytics.
  • Capacity to be flexible and multitask.
  • Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of design principles and color theory. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
  • Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Limited travel may be required.
