The Data Engineer will be a key team member collaborating with operational business units to build and maintain the company’s data structure. Taking data from multiple sources, transforming it, and providing clean, easy to maintain data for analysis, visualization, and reporting. This position will facilitate valuable insight into operational and financial data allowing them to make fast, educated, decisions that they can be confident with.



  • Collaborate with business units to gather business requirements for projects relating to the BI Data Warehouse, reporting tools, or other necessary projects.
  • Define and maintain BI Data Warehouse using data governance best practices.
  • Develop and manage data integrations with internal and/or 3rd party systems.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain the reporting and BI toolsets.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and offer improvements to data quality and process efficiency issues.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of career experience in database development, design, or data analysis.
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Able to turn business requirements into maintainable and working software solutions.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or other reporting tool.
  • Experience with a Data Visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau a plus).
  • Competency in T-SQL, Oracle Pl/SQL, or similar Database languages.
  • Understanding of ETL process and Competency with ETL tool (SQL Server Integration Services or similar tool).
  • Familiar with Git or other source control tool. 
  • Competency in .Net or C# nice but not required.
