From design and manufacturing to on-site installation, our highly skilled team never stops striving to improve.


Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver training to Engineered Films team members. Complete other training support tasks aligned to LMS.




  • Manage the utilization and content for the Learning Management System (LMS). Assist with the support of related systems.
  • Provide training and development consultation and assistance to division training staff.
  • Coach trainers, leadership, and team members on training and development opportunities.
  • Train and present as applicable.
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on learning and development opportunities.
  • Develop training materials and content with learner-focused, innovative designs for different learning styles.
  • Create testing and evaluation procedures.
  • Keep informed of new developments, methods, and techniques in the training profession.
  • Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the company’s quality management system and controls.


  • Associate’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources management, or related field. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training to a small & large group environment.
  • Strong oral and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Business acumen to work with all levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, along with both project and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency with use of a computer - including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to coach and motivate. Possess enthusiasm and positive attitude.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful. Prior experience with e-learning and LMS is a plus.
