The Recruiter will work closely with leadership to assess recruiting plans, and develop a pipeline of candidates who meet the current and future needs of the company. Perform full life cycle recruiting to successfully hire new team members.

Essential Functions
• Proactively recruit and screen candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and team members.
• Ensure all legal requirements, including EEO and compliance with the AAP, are met during the recruitment and hiring process.
• Work with leadership to understand hiring needs, interview candidates, and develop offers.
• Assist candidates with travel arrangements, relocation, and other related needs.
• Establish and maintain metrics to track and improve recruitment and hiring processes.
• Complete reference checks, and negotiate and extend employment offers.
• Execute recruitment projects.
• Organize Raven’s participation in career fairs.
• Evaluate and revise internal processes to provide maximum efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with highly confidential information and documentation with discretion.
• An understanding of full life cycle recruiting. Experience with sourcing and posting preferred. Strong interviewing skills.
• General human resources knowledge and an understanding of staffing metrics are desired.
• Must be able to think strategically and execute tactically.
• A genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods.
• Experience recruiting for and/or working with diverse levels of management and candidates are preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to create sense of urgency for others.
• Business acumen to work with all levels of leadership.
• Exceptional oral and written communications, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to be flexible and multitask.
• Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Limited travel as needed.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required.
